  Directed the language immersion programs of Concordia College's Concordia Language Villages (CLV) including intensive, language immersion programs in France, Spain, Germany, Norway, China, Japan, Argentina, Cameroon, and Tanzania. Additionally ran English immersion programs using the CLV model in China, Brazil, Italy, and Switzerland as a preferred vendor for IBM for their employee's dependents. In addition to managing the relationship with IBM, hired and trained program directors, supervised curriculum and assessment, managed budgets, negotiated leases and relationships with partner organizations, and drove marketing and enrollment.
