I was responsible for setting up the team, defining ways of working, identifying inefficiencies, identifying cost saving initiatives, creating alignment with key stakeholders, lead the cost benefit analysis and execution of initiatives. I was able to successfully coordinate and embed € 2.1m cost saving initiatives into the business operation together with the project team.- Embed the newly adapted monthly rolling forecast(RoFo) governance (for both P&L and cash flow) and improve forecast accuracy.- Support the business planning cycle of departments in connection with annual and strategic plan, forecasts and latest estimates.- Standardized and simplified reporting practices by implementing BI Tools and developing BI capabilities locally in order to ensure continuation of improvements.- Business partner for support functions like HR, corporate relations, GM and Finance. The below are some of my achievements.- Phase I (Supply chain Business Control): In charge of creating a new way of RPM management holdings by distributer, templates/spreadsheets.- Phase II (Commercial Business Control): Creating a reporting and control mechanism of excise duties for stock on hand and intercompany sales.- Phase III (Production site/Brewery): Mainly in charge of two projects; enhance control, embed and setup monthly reporting over raw materials consumption per production order and by brand and make reporting and pass system adjustment if necessary. The second project was to setup analysis module and excel spreadsheet analysis/report for packaging material consumption per SKU by packaging material type.- Phase IV (Accounting and reporting): Mainly in charge of enhancing cost assignment procedure for imported items and improve cash management in system and ways of working.
