Notably, I was the Safe and Legal lead with responsibility for promoting and maintaining health, safety and compliance to keep customers and staff safe when working or shopping in store. Undertook a classroom training scheme which was held in multiple sessions over 6 months, whilst also learning from experienced managers across different departments in store. Became an experienced and valued member of the team who showed a willingness to learn all aspects of the role across a range of departments.
