  Developing ACD and CRM application for banking industry. It included direct digital communication switch management, with using proprietary protocol HIL(routing), ACD including CRM functionalities. This part I developed on the base of customer requirements. My role was, requirements analysis, architecture of application, develop application in .NET C#, data model preparation in SQL and output into reports and transformation with using XML protocol.   Service delivery manager – Project for Insurance industry - support for core application - it includes incident management, system enhancement implementation and continuous improvement. It is international project where significant part of the team is in India located, and rest part of team was in CZ. Total team size is 10-15 people (2/3 from offshore 1/3 onside). I am responsible for P&L and for whole delivery part.
