  In this role, I was responsible for supporting the habilitative skill development for individuals with special needs. Working in collaboration with the Care Team, Service Coordinator, client, and their family we identified individual goals and strategies to achieve their goals. My expertise allowed me to optimize interpersonal development and independence through activities including state permit testing and licensure, completion of college coursework, and financial literacy. As a steward of documentation, policy, and procedures, I documented all client progress.   As the Program Coordinator, I oversee the daily operations, critical support, and collaborative partnerships with the Ontario County Youth Court, a restorative, alternative juvenile justice experience for first-time youth respondents. I train educational partners and local law enforcement in the recognition and intervention of early antisocial and delinquent behaviors. As a strategic leader, I align Youth Court practices with organizational goals and national trends of reduced recidivism. I engage, educate, and empower youth to develop their strengths, take responsibility for their actions, and to become productive community leaders. Some of my significant contributions include:► Development and facilitation of a comprehensive, 20-hour training course for Youth Court volunteers. ► Coaching and mentorship of 112 youth court members and 10 adult volunteers. ► Leading the strategic planning process to enhance community relationships, promote Youth Court activities, and deepen service opportunities. ► Management of individual cases, fostering and fortifying strong partnerships with youth respondents and families to ensure likelihood to reoffend is reduced. ► Highlighting the success of Youth Court process through the detailed tracking and assessment of respondents, recidivism, and qualitative analysis. ► Preparation and presentation of reports of success and engagement to county leadership, youth court staff, and external stakeholders.   As the Individual Gifts Officer (IGO), I am responsible for the strengthening and stewardship of donors gifts under $5K. I specialize in tailored relationship building and encourage our supporters participation in all God's Love events. I work directly with our Major Gifts Officer, Director of Key Donors & Partnerships, VP & Chief Development Officer, President & CEO, and our Board to grow our major giving revenue.Also under my remit is the cultivation, organizing, stewardship and celebration of members of our planned giving cohort, The Legacy Society.I lead the effort of our VANguard Program (delivery van sponsorship) which to this date has secured in excess of $700,000 in sponsorships of vans in our growing fleet of delivery vehicles. Show less As the Major Donor & Planned Giving Associate, I manage a growing portfolio of over 200 major donors and legacy donors at God's Love We Deliver by expertly stewarding relationships with proper care and attention to the needs of our donors. I assist individuals who intend to make God's Love a beneficiary of their estate, IRAs, or other legacy gifts. I oversee several volunteers who administer our "Gratitude Project", a God's Love Special Touch, which recognizes our donors of any level through various methods of communication. I also spearhead the innovation of our "VANguard" Program which encourages supporters to sponsor a refrigerated van to ensure food safe transport of our signature medically tailored meals. I collaborate with our VP & Chief Development Officer to engage in strategies to reach our annual fundraising goals. I work with our Director of Key Donors & Corporate Partnerships to develop, strengthen, and support our major and celebrity donors and corporate partners in making sustaining gifts to God's Love We Deliver. I also serve as secretary to the Leadership Council of God's Love We Deliver where I coordinate the agency's communications to members, encourage giving efforts of council members, coordinate events created by Leadership Council.
