      Establish/Implement/Analyze underwriting and safety/loss control procedures to prevent and/or mitigate impact of worker’s compensation (approximately $30 million program). Provide training, consultation and safety/loss control to nearly 700 franchises (2-step process to spotlight high risk Franchise/Client). Develop metrics on injury type, frequency and severity to determine necessary loss control visits. Provide loss control consulting to both franchise staff and large clients to help reduce employee injury and improve safety.
