  McCutcheon's Apple Products is a small, family-owned and operated business with 25 employees. We manufacture and distribute approximately 300 food items to small businesses across the United States. Our target Wholesale customers are produce markets, roadside stands, garden centers, mom 'n pop shops, campgrounds and other small businesses. Our commitment to supporting other small businesses means that our products won't be found in large retailers such as WalMart, Target, Weis or Aldi. As HR generalist, I manage payroll and benefits, organize annual reviews, arrange for and manage seasonal staff from temp agencies and work with department managers to offer employment opportunities as positions become available. As all small businesses go, I wear many hats and also manage the relationship with our marketing agency, am HACCP and PCQI certified to assist with writing SOP and SSOPs and work with our company president to prepare year-end documents.
