  • Develop and design student success solutions in coordination with faculty and the Academic Success Center, based on trend data, student success/persistence rates and retention data for online and transitional studies courses for Tower Installation students. Ensure the accomplishment of project objectives related to support services for student persistence and success. Maintain records for evaluation and continuous improvement. • Implement strategies and monitor the academic support to Tower Installation students; track their academic progress and related measures.• Conduct tutoring and coaching sessions with Tower Installation students. • Monitor and supervise the Work Readiness Center in support of online course work and training.• Collaborate, coordinate and maintain communication with College entities including Tower faculty, Administrative, and Enrollment Management and Student Experience to determine related student needs and services promotion.
