  Responsible for overall development, upgrading, updating, implementation and assessment of the SEP program to assure the high quality and standards are maintained according to the AKES,A Education Strategy and the beneficiary’ needs. Providing ongoing programmatic/technical leadership, management and supports to the regional SEP officers and regional team so that the program is run smoothly and with expected standard across the country. Responsible for overall development, upgrading, updating, implementation and assessment of the SEP program to assure the high quality and standards are maintained according to the AKES,A Education Strategy and the beneficiary’ needs. Providing ongoing programmatic/technical leadership, management and supports to the regional SEP officers and regional team so that the program is run smoothly and with expected standard across the country. SEP program is preparing its own syllabus (textbooks), therefore, beside leading and supervising SEP team and program effectively, I was responsible to design and write textbooks for different subjects and levels (Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry). Further, I designed and conducted subject related content knowledge and pedagogical trainings to SEP trainers and teachers. I was responsible for developing and conducting attractive, interesting and supportive educational trainings based on the needs of the teachers. In addition, I developed manuals and reading packages and kept them accessible for the teachers to enhance their knowledge and understanding around the school subjects.
