  Working with technology for the past 15 years at Madera Unified has provided me the opportunity to not only implement the newest tech tricks in my classroom but also to share and support my peers. My new position as Instructional Technology Coach will enable me to work full time with the teachers to develop and facilitate technology lessons that improve student performance through blended and active learning.I have been utilizing and supporting Google, Microsoft and Adobe tools at various levels over the years implementing Google in the classroom before GAFE was available. Show less Providing the conduit between the end user and the network I have been team lead on numerous managed deployments of systems including the following:*Organize the purchase, inventory and installation of multiple site refresh cycles.*Participate in the district wide training for multiple software roll outs including planning the training timeline, schedule and location, writing the material and providing site support.*Work on the team designing Active Directory structure for the entire district.*Actively manage Group Policy accounts restructuring policies to apply at the Domain levels cutting log in times in half.
