I pretty much run the entire production and installation part of the company. I was hired on to handle the installation of all their sold systems, post utilities incentives change. Seems as if we cannot stay competitive, or visible in the market. Anyhow, I installed over 130K since June, and successfully worked myself out of a job in 5 months, with 2 part-time students. We installed mostly SunPower and Sharp. My Duties included : Design, Order, Permit, Sub-contracting, Installation, Scheduling, Inspections, Utility Commissioning, All Electrical WIring, Panel Upgrades, Line/Load taps, Service/Maintenance, Receiving/Shipping, Management, Hiring Employees, Training, Safety, Tools inventory/purchasing, Warehouse inventory, Vehicle Maintenance. I maintained a 100% safety record during my tenure. Show less
