  This was a family owned business founded in 1985 with retail stores called: Chewing Gum Kids, Chewing Gum Kids ll, Chewing Gum Ladies Boutique and Chewing Gum Uniforms. We started out with boutiques in Miami Beach and North Miami Beach;10 years later we developed a full-force wholesale business catering to brick and mortar and Major department stores. At a young age, I envisioned an active wear line that would cater to teens and juniors. The line encompassed freedom of expression through slang words and screen printed sayings with Swarovski crystals on the clothing. With my father’s business and family experience we decided to create my dream. This line was active wear that could be worn on a daily basis, filled with fun colors and tye die on velour, cotton and terry cloth fabrics. I started out by printing princess on the back of my soffee shorts at the age of 15...took it to the NYC Javitz center and sold 12,000 pairs by day three.
