  I was member of a software development team and my role was system analyst/consultant in a huge, international project for one Serbian government institution. The project was about implementation, localization, customization and integration of a highly specialized software solution for agrarian subsidy management. The system was large and complex, developed by another country over several years. Platform was a multi-tier Java EE and Oracle 11g. The project team was international, consisted of more than 20 members, somewhere about 10 software developers, 7-8 system analysts and testers. My role was in the beginning requirement assessment and system analisys. By the end of project, latter on I was responsible for project management tasks, coordination of developers (local team) and their tasks, coordination and leading the testing, end user training's and on site technical support.
