  Being a team leader on the Innocence Project has allowed me to further develop my leadership and management skills. I have enjoyed organising the team and weekly meetings alongside encouraging team work to ensure the best quality of work. Being a caseworker for the Innocence Project involves reviewing cases of those who claim they are victims of a miscarriage of justice. The experience has allowed me to review complex documents, exercise confidentiality and critically think.
