  As an ergonomic consultant, I met with 60+ clients to diagnose and perform root cause analysis of discomfort potentially caused by workplace conditions, then educated and advised clients on changes they can make to alleviate these pains successfully. I also made internal process improvement recommendations which increased the capacity of daily face-to-face interaction by 33%.

  I supported the Industrial Engineering community of over 30 plants and 4 regions by developing and implementing optimization strategy and standards, tasked with being an internal resource for engineers to identify labor and production efficiencies, provide training and mentoring, and encourage communication and collaboration of engineering teams throughout the company. As an Industrial Engineer in Powertrain Operations, my primary responsibility was heading optimization of design for assembly, capacity modeling, strategic mix forecast planning, and bottleneck analysis for new model programs. Lean manufacturing principles and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams guided the success of the team to ensure programs met quality standards, production capabilities, and cost constraints. I was responsible for the lean implementation of the assembly and machining processes for new model battery and oil pump programs, monitoring and analyzing daily production, performing deep-dive analyses of issues, and executing solutions working with cross-functional plant teams and union representatives. I also served as the primary point of contact for delivery of new technology system.
