We contact them through different means and i make sure we approach them with appropriate solutions. The key is to know the changing product portfolio and the constantly changing needs of the customers. Every step has to be evaluated and investigated for a return on investment. We roll out a pilot project in a chosen Market Unit and if we are successful the best practice is implemented in the whole region. Throughout the whole year i evaluate the Pipeline coverage and Forecast to be able to set next year's target and the budget for the different Market Units.       Working on a regional Dashboard that provides relevant data about installed base data, selling propensity competitive market insights, current negotiations and much more of potential customers.We have connected more than 20 different reports and created a dashboard that provides the sales team with information on how to target their customers. The project has been nominated for the Hasso Plattner Founders' Award in 2021 and out of more than 200 projects made it to the final.
