      1 - Individual Training:-Receive the training needs from all sectors at the beginning of every year.-Analyse the training needs for all employees.-Start receiving the training requisites.-Contact with the training centers inside-outside Saudi Arabia in order to enroll the staff into the training courses.-Follow up with finance department regarding to the payment process for the tuition fees-Write a weekly reports about training department.2-In-House Training:-Receive the In-House Training requisite form the department which need a specific training ( almost soft-skills training ) .-Contact with more that three training center about that matters and seek for a very well educated - qualified instructors who are able to reach the required knowledge for the trainees .- Follow up with procurement department to secure the total amount of the training.-Follow up with the training center to coordinate for the venue of training - materials .. atc.3-CO-OP Training:-Receive an official statements from Universities requesting an Internship Training for their students as a part of their graduation- Contacting with the department whether they have a needs.- Re-contact with the Universities for approval to train them or reject them.
