  I interned for The Firecracker Foundation , The Firecracker Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides holistic healing services to child survivors of sexual trauma under the age of 18 and their families in the tricounty area of Mid-Michigan. I co-facilitate the Sis and strength group with teenage girls ranging from 14-17 years old. My goal was to change the narrative around how they deal with sexual trauma and how they view themselves.
