I worked with the Office of the President and Executive Council to develop formal computing business plans, design and implement the Defense and Space Division operational support model, and managed architecture, OS and server hardware configuration standards across the enterprise. I worked with the Director of Quality to develop a world-class competitive training curriculum for the enterprise and helped design the Quality Improvement Apprentice Program for the Computing Division.       I joined Washington Mutual, later purchased by JP Morgan Chase, to design and deliver the infrastructure and systems required for automation of the Commercial and Long Beach Mortgage divisions, including disaster recovery planning and data center consolidation. I then built and led the Business Operation team responsible for strategic and operational planning and process improvement; this group reduced costs across the division by over $6M and improved business leadership decision-making effectiveness. In my next role, I led a large organization, including off-shore teams, responsible for developing and delivering Washington Mutual’s commercial division servicing systems. After the purchase by JP Morgan Chase, I led the integration of Washington Mutual’s Commercial division loan servicing, credit risk management and imaging systems, including system and staff assessment and risk mitigation planning.
