  Royal Navy Employed as a Weapon Engineering Artificer (WD), as head of section, responsible for day to day running and maintenance of GWS 30(RT 909) aboard an RN type 42 class Destroyer. Other responsibilities included planned maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Heavy electrical and electronic, hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanical equipment’s, the use of relevant test equipment including analytical and recording data acquisition systems and various whole ship responsibilities.

  Employed and seconded within a MoD civilian environment, in a high profile role to; trouble shoot, provide on-site, written and telecom technical support for Type 42 class Destroyer GWS 30(RT 909) Principal Anti-Air Missile System. Other responsibilities included; Fleet materiel auditing, liaising between client and contractor, Implementation and monitoring of Logistical support, safety case work including hazard identification and hazard analysis, surveying and compilation of reports relating to expected /current Maintenance and engineering standards for the equipment platform, briefing senior management, Project/ operational defect management along with the running of independent task groups pertaining to various projects.Whilst with the DLO, seconded to the Princes trust, in a full time role as instructor and mentor. This involved the creation and support of a development course for fifteen + individuals of varied backgrounds and interests.
