To check factory production- excess booking sheet, topping re-dyeing, re-process & reportConduct Physical inventory stock report from all store departments ( ie Yarn Store, Chemical Store, Fabric Store, and Accessories store) & report to authority. 2. To prepare style/ job/ order wise job closing and compare with Estimated cost sheet.Finding production problem, abnormal loss and submit report accordingly. 3. To check inventory and physical verification of stock & store in regular basis ( Yarn, gray fabrics, finished fabrics, finished productions, general store etc ) 4. Planning with cost control, minimize wastage, increased productivity and efficiency. Setup production capacity/ turnover and check achievement with turnover & report the lacking of achievement (If found)To follow-up the whole process of work (Operational) as it is functioning properly. 5. Identifying weaknesses in the internal control and contributing to the development of the process or system Obtain analyses and evaluate accounting documents, financial documents. Discuss the audit findings with the concerned Audit and ensure effective follow-up until resolve. 6. Materials received and issue checking.Any other jobs as assigned by the management Show less
