Providing manufacturing support, helping reorganise the shop floor layout for efficiency, working with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team to help design new products with mass manufacturing in mind (ease of production, minimal defects produced, economical and environmental factors, etc.), using my IPC background to encourage right first time practice and lean manufacturing, liaising with suppliers for all manufacturing needs, and making sure company values and standards are upheld throughout.
