  1. Expertise in leading Multicultural engineering teams of industrial design, human factors, safety, structural, electrical, tubing/piping, fire safety, HVAC and active problem identification and resolution in Multinational project in India, Australia and Spain.2. Expertise in design & development of toilet systems in metro trains from concept design in Catia to release for manufacturing in PDM.3. Design of toilet system to be in compliance with Australian standards & guidelines in integrating toilet into metro by refurbishing one end of bogie’s underframe, sidewalls, roof, electrical & tubing parameters.4. All the design guidelines, requirement and compliance were shared to toilet suppliers Rolen Tech in Spain. 3D models and drawing were validated to meet Australian standards and released in PDM.5. With approved toilet models, integrating toilet into train structurally, electrical and tubing connections were designed for stage one.6. Evaluating toilet tubing with Bogie wheel movements, human factors, HVAC, electrical and tubing were the first priority.7. Regular review meeting with Australian government in updating the milestones of projects development.8. All the 3D models and drawing of Toilet received by suppliers were validated and released to manufacturing to PDM.9. Corresponding 3D design changes related to underframe structures, sidewalls, roof, center ceiling, side ceiling, door pods, flooring, pavements, lights, airflow, HVAC, tubing, electrical, material selections were performed personally at Bombardier Australia.10 Drawing related to above changes were delegated to Cyient India and received drawing were validated and released for manufacturing on PDM.
