My core activity is project management, coordinating the technical and financial aspect of two multi-million euros project with many partners in Europe and beyond.. One project aims to promote the use of Earth Observation in states subject to fragility and involves engaging IFIs to use our EO services. The other project has deployed over 150 surface drifters to collect data for satellite sensor validation I also participate in the elaboration of new services, meeting potential end users, giving technical support and helping define made to measure solutions. Show less My principal activity involves overseeing the set up and the running of an operational regional current prediction system. This system includes a production module, an archiving module and a diffusion module. The core was based around a 3D numerical ocean model that included in situ and satellite data. The system was online 24/7, with continuous task monotoring.I am also a project leader on small scale projects, handling the financial and HR aspects. I also support the buisness developpers, meeting clients and working out with them the solutions that best fits their need. Finally, I assist the communication team in its efforts to promote our Offshore Energy offer Show less
