  I currently ensure the adherence to DIV approved Targeting products utilized during current operations. Responsible for making recommendations/changes to real time surveillance and Target Acquisition assets from current operations. Coordinate between higher and lower echelons to ensure units are synchronized during a dynamic targeting process. Determine through coordination with the intelligence sections if desired effects have been achieved and if additional resources are required. Advise the Fire Sup[port Coordinator and staff on all matters related to targeting and fire support planning. Participates in planning to support units objectives and attends all key rehearsals that synchronize fires, intelligence, and maneuver. Ensures all aspects of targeting are addressed and understood as the staff transitions from planning to CUOPS. Show less
