Worked with the HR team at the Kraft Group (owners of Rand-Whitney) to transition employees and payroll to the new company. This required learning new policies and procedures as well as new software systems such as Paycom, Jitbit, Navex & HR Dashboard. Also managed the RIF resulting from the acquisition.
