  Currently working at Wilko Head Office within the Treasury department taking on a Financial Analyst role. Key duties of my role include the Balance sheet process, Cash-holdings within the business. Working as a key contact for our ever growing 416 store estate and multiple departments within the business. Having this key contact enables stores to perform, meet kPI’s via ensuring correct process is followed on a daily basis. Currently using software platforms such as Excel, SAP, Peoplesoft & Nvision. I have been brought into this role to support the new Till/Till software implementation for the whole Wilko Estate. Show less My job on the help-desk includes, managing refunds and making sure that method of work is followed, making sure that I help all customers get there to'd do's done. Maintaining customer retention, we do this by the first time we have customer contact we maintain a great relationship we go above and beyond and show passion towards any issues and queries that the customer has. Also as part of my job I spend allot of my time covering the Till Supervisor role. This role includes managing the till staff both weekday/weekend, ensuring that any issues the help-desk has are dealt with using the matrix system that we operate, ensuring all method-of-work is followed, ensuring that till errors, cash management, cash hold and ATM operations are running as the company expect. Show less I started working in this position when I was attending college, starting on the tills then moving onto shop floor, evenings and mornings. I learnt key values like customer service, availability, merchandising standards, personal and customer health and safety musts. After taking a gap year after college before I went to university I decided that I did actually want to work in retail and I believed it was a great Idea for me to get onto the AMD (Assistant Management Development) Course in-store which I continue to progress in and develop my skills.
