  Lexcel Quality Manager for Inspiring Business Performance, responsible for all areas connected to the Legal Sector. I quality assure all assessor Lexcel Plans and Reports before they are shared with the clients and so have an extensive knowledge of the Lexcel Standard and how the IBP team can provide quality reports following an assessment. I have been a Lexcel Assessor for over 14 years working with firms of all sizes from sole practitioner to large multi sited firms and also public sector clients. I am also an SQM auditor with 7 years experience, working with all size of firms offering legal aid. For 5 years I was also the SQM Lead Auditor and Quality Manager for the SQM Delivery Partnership, ensuring a high quality standard of reporting for LAA clients.I am the HR Manager for Inspiring Business Performance, with a good knowledge of all aspects of employment law. In 2014 I succesfully managed and implemented the TUPE process for IBP staff moving to Grant Thornton, working closely with the Senior Management Team at IBP and Managers of Grant Thornton as the day to day contact for all aspects of the process.
