"Aanya" as a flagship program for Women Leaders and "Tarang" for young leaders are the core of this new approach in cultural transformation through leadership development, with the impact of these interventions cascading into many more initiatives by the graduates of these programs.Developing an ecosystem for lifelong learning and professional development through multiple synchronous learning and sharing forums backed by content on LMS and using Digital Outreach to extend the connect MTI across its 60K employees of SAIL Driving employee engagement through innovative interventions that unleash emotional energy across the company. An interactive interaction for revisiting the vision of SAIL drew more than 43K responses from employees in an online survey which was followed with a series of interactive workshop to discuss the inputs in a democratic manner for building the SAIL of our dreams and a great place to work.Giving strength to SAILs commitment to skillling india and removing the disadvantage that unorganized workers have due to lack of formal qualifications by coordinating the RPL initiative across SAIL. Pioneered Skill development and Certification through RPL in SAIL in a unique collaboration with IISSSC and CSVTU through an innovative model that became the reference for all other units of SAIL.
