  Chemistry Lab Assistant

  As a chemistry teaching assistant, I was in charge of running one of the lab sections for Chem 111. This was an introductory chemistry class, where I supervised and assisted undergraduate students with running various labs each week. I would explain the lab before class and ensure students were performing the experiments correctly. I was also tasked with grading papers and lab reports that coincided with the labs being ran.

  Marketing Intern

  As a marketing intern, I was in charge creating a strong social media campaign for the agent. This involved creating an Instagram, Twitter, and revamping a Facebook account. I also developed and maintained strong relations with potential commercial clients, specifically apartment complexes. My last project for the summer was to help plan and organize a community event with a local pet grooming company. This involved advertising for the event, as well as organizing the specifics of the event.

  As a telemarketer for a local Farmers Insurance agent, I was in charge of bringing brand awareness to prospective clients through our various platforms and driving online feedback from existing clients. I was also in charge of creating new marketing initiatives to bring company awareness to our local market and locating local events and opportunities to help grow market share. As the marketing support specialist intern, one of my main tasks was event planning. I helped plan and coordinate a conference for 200 individuals as well as another conference that hosted over 100 individuals. I was also in charge of collecting, formatting, and organizing raw data into beneficial reports for agents and district managers to use during presentations or just for personal knowledge. This internship allowed me to refine my data mining and communication skills.

  Integrated Marketing Intern

  As the Integrated Marketing Intern, one of my main jobs was to research and design a marketing plan for a convention of over 5,000 attendees. This marketing plan was then to be used in order to help Willow better position itself for the convention, as well as use this marketing plans for other conventions in the future. I also assisted in market research and communication aspects for key clients. This included creating spreadsheets with various options of products or other key parts of projects.
