  Key Responsibilities include: -• International Quality Inspector.• Vendor evaluations, Quality surveillance & Audits.• Coordination with Clients / Third Party agencies for various projects.• Finalization / interpretation of technical documents like QAP/ITP/MQP for different projects.• Making procedures like: Pre-heating Procedure, PWHT, Trial assembly procedure, NDT procedures etc. and implementation of the same at vendor workshops / Project sites.• Interpretation of Codes & Standards, Technical specifications and technical procedures for various projects.• Establishment of welding procedure specification (WPS), procedure qualification records (PQR) & welder performance qualification.• Incoming Raw Material inspection / Identification and review of MTC.• Carryout Fit-up & visual inspection of offered items as per technical requirements / QAP/ technical Drawing.• Welding inspection & NDT witness of welding.• Surface preparation and Final Painting inspection.• Review & Preparation of all relevant report [IIR (interim Inspection Report & FIR (Final Inspection Report)].• Chemical & mechanical testing witness for WPS/PQR, WQT, Raw Material and PTC’s at NABL Approved Laboratories.• Surveillance at vendor’s workshops for continuous improvement in quality.• Expediting the Job along with Zero tolerance on Quality to timely meet the project targets Show less
