I managed a team of 48 employees, 80 million dollars of fleet and 212,000 customers with year over year division improvement of 312%. Show less As a manager in Nampa, Idaho I managed over 55 employees. I dealt with direct labor cost and had to consistently manage hours, safety and customer service. This included key items like accident investigation, customer service complaint resolution, employee engagement, onboarding, training and certification and working with upper management to bring the direction of the division to achieve success.By pulling many levers and achieving success our business unit was able to succeed and were awarded “Triple Crown” and “Business Unit of the Year Award” in 2012.
