I am a Senior Technical Recruiter at Quiddity Infotech LLC. I support clients such as Amerihealth Caritas, TransCore, Capital One, etc., in finding and hiring qualified candidates for IT positions. I have over five years of experience recruiting for permanent, contractual, and contract-to-hire positions, working with various types of contractors and work permit holders, and managing a list of vendors. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, I have the technical knowledge and skills to understand the requirements and qualifications of the candidates. I use major Internet boards, my network, and the candidate database to source, screen, and place candidates, and follow up on interviews and placements.
