  I was employed as a construction technician by the Icelandic company Istak Hf (Iceland Construction Ltd.), which was the general contractor of Tosenanleggene. Tosenanleggene is a comprehensive hydropower facility, consisting of five individual low-impact hydropower plants in the mountains around the village of Tosbotn in Norway.My role was mainly concerned with workplace EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and quality control in the earthworks division of the company.
