  • Assigned at International School Manila and handles the day to day activities of the facility.• Monitors maintenance and repair schedules for school equipment such as generators, chillers, FDAS, etc.• Handles technical, janitorial, landscape, fields, swimming pool, and expat housing maintenance.• Manages maintenance, registration, repairs of 23 vehicle units.• Guides and ensure overall action of the department complies with company rules and regulation.• Handled the following projects:Construction of a covered roof deck tennis courts (8 courts), artificial grass with silica sand infill. This includes lockers/restrooms and an office space. The courts are equipped with 4 units Big Ass Fans to increase air flow on a hot weather.Installation of multi-sports flooring with motorized bleachers. The current flooring was replaced with a FIBA accredited basketball flooring which can also accommodate other indoor sports. Resurfacing of track oval. Rubber surface was replaced using the same type of rubber granules. Renovated existing classrooms and converted into music classrooms with acoustic treatment. This also includes nine Wenger music practice rooms, equipped with audio recording capabilities and sound proofing.Construction of classrooms, film and drama rooms.Replaced 2 units 650 TR and 1 unit 300 TR York Chillers. The replacement of the chiller units also qualified for a grant under the Philippine Chiller Energy Efficiency Program under the World Bank and DENR. Under the program, we were able to save 15% of the ex-factory price of the 3 chiller units.Construction of 3 levels building at the High School Field. The first 2 floors were used as locker rooms and the top floor is used to accommodate audio and video requirement when hosting events.FDAS upgrade. The unit is already 12 years old and need to be replaced with a more technologically advanced device and to cope up with the yearly expansion of the facility. Show less
