  Supported Western Brigade Commander in Civil Military Cooperation (CIMIC) activities. Established liaison with the local authorities, non- governmental organization, military observers, contingents, MONUC HQ and other organization of the UN to ensure planning, coordination and progress of all CIMIC activities. Supervised 10 different parts of the AOR to monitor projects sites, visit orphanages and schools to coordinate humanitarian missions. Administered the office without any assistance. Demonstrated professional competence and mastery of responsibilities. Illustrated values for diversity and gender by treating all people with dignity and admiration. Budgeted and mobilized $150000 and accomplished 15 Quick Impact Project in the AOR even with abundant challenges.
