      Satisfying the customers wishes in the Electrical panels is our speciality in the Technical office.My job describtion includes :• Creating non standard customized designs and solutions to override the limitations of standard designs to satisfy the customer needs and to reduce the total cost.• Developing on site designs and solution for switchgears mechanical problems.• Creating mechanical adaptations between new switchgears to old and different ones for both exterior sheet metal casing and inside copper connection. • Developing 3D modeling designs to be used inside MCC and switchgear units.• Producing assembly drawings and manufacturing drawings of the new designs.• Creating onsite "Manufacturing shop, Assembly shop and project site" solution and design.• Using SAP to define and create all the newly designed parts needed for manufacturing, bill of material for parts and assemblies.• Following the rules and procedure of ISO standards.•Revising the Bill of materials to maintain good stock management and on time delivery for our customers.• Maintaining SPS (Schneider electric production system ) ranking of Egypts' plant to stays among the top 10 schneider electric plants around the world .•supporting the production team with our unique on the spot sloutions to keep our production line working properly no matter obisticals could happen .projects involved in as an L.V. switch gear designer( Blokset and Okken) :Doha Airport ( Qatar )Sasol project ( South africa)Abu tesht water station ( Egypt ) Cairo festival city ( new cairo ,Egypt) Show less
