In January 2021, I co-led a multi-million pound application for phase 2 funding from Innovate UK.Saturn Bioponics operates at the cutting edge of plant science and farming innovation.   A National Management Trainee on the National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) at Dacorum Borough Council. The programme involves four placements over two years across different departments, alongside completing the ILM 7 postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management.Economic Development: Developed and delivered the Economic Recovery Plan through enhanced partnership working. I supported the Filming Positive Pilot (commercial council venture), and co-led the Corporate Recovery group within the organisation, transitioning back to normal service delivery after Covid.Place Strategy: I worked on Town Centre meanwhile uses, public campaigns, civic events, and developed website content. I supported the Hemel Place Board and Old Town Place Project.Transformation: I oversaw implementation of a revised complaints policy in the council. I supported the development of the Customer Strategy, as well as a new performance framework for Dacorum's staff to enhance performance analysis and management.Corporate Policy: responsible for various strategic projects, working with external partners (public and private).
