  Project Associate

  Being a project associate, I exercise liberty in project planning and execution with the goal of inculcating engineering principles in young children. In 2021, I collaborated with Children's Wishing Well (Clementi Branch), a non-profit organisation in Singapore that provides a broad range of services for children and youths from low-income families nationwide. In this project, I conducted an Introductory Engineering Course for youths ranging from 9 to 12 years old through a line-up of engineering-related games and activities. The activities my team and I arranged are: 1. Build a Building with Cards & Critical Load2. Oobleck Experiment 3. DIY Propeller Car Other than Engineering principles, Forte360 also touched base on other topics such as mental wellness which I had the opportunity to take part in 2022. I collaborated with SHINE Children & Youth Services (Yishun) where we focussed on topics such as empathy, compassion, and goal-building for youths ranging from 9 to 12 years old. Show less
