  After a two-year role managing Quality in Operations, I returned to the LATAM Quality Strategic Office as the person responsible for Quality Excellence, leading the regional execution of programs for digitalization, cycle time reductions, and free cash flow. Additionally, my team and I are responsible for the deployment of performance improvement plans and operational excellence programs, with a special focus on pharmaceutical and cosmetics quality control processes. After full separation of Kenvue from Johnson & Johnson, I continued responsible for Quality Assurance organization of Toiletries and Band-Aid manufacturing sites in Brazil. In this role, my organization was responsible for achieving strong quality performance and delivering continuous improvement projects, specially in digitalization and cycle time reductions.
