  E-Transformation department includes several teams such as Web Solution and Publishing (WSP) team. The whole department’s main focus is to deliver the best customer experience possible on Proximus.be and some Proximus related websites. Since beginning of 2018, the management has decided to work with the Agile framework and as I was senior Coordinator of the team, I’ve been given the chance to act as Scrum master within the new organisation of the E-Transformation department.
