      E-Transformation department includes several teams such as Web Solution and Publishing (WSP) team. The whole department’s main focus is to deliver the best customer experience possible on Proximus.be and some Proximus related websites. Since beginning of 2018, the management has decided to work with the Agile framework and as I was senior Coordinator of the team, I’ve been given the chance to act as Scrum master within the new organisation of the E-Transformation department. I acted as both coach/change manager and scrum master as the same time. * Same responsibilities as Senior Coordinator except for the planning activities and allocation of resources as an Agile team is self-organized, the whole team had to be involved on those decisions ; * Coach to the team to explain them the agile framework and scrum principles (Team is composed of Product Owners, a Development team and a Scrum master) * Help the team to become a cross-functional and self-organised team; * Ensure that goals and scope are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible * Act as change manager through the agile transformation and provide some support to both Product Owners and Development team such as:o Organize brainstorming meetings with PO’s to evaluate the correct alignment of our sprint backlog and the high business value jobs & high priority jobs,o Organize brainstorming meetings with the Dev team to make some estimates of new jobs.o Setting up a Kan-ban view of on-going jobs,o Helping them with JIRA (as a user), * Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress * Organize and facilitate the scrum events: sprint planning, sprint refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
