  Responsible for developing the commercial education curriculum across various channels and teams in ISO, DSO, Ecom, and In-Store. Developing and implement education strategies that align with company goals and work on new product initiatives with Marketing, Global Education, and R&D. Creating marketing assets for brand improvement and sales targets, including multimedia visual aids. collaboration with the global organization to enhance our go-to-market execution. Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational strategy and local market initiatives of the brand. Collaborating closely with global education teams and local artists to create engaging events and tailored training programs that empower and inspire our brand partner salons. Additionally, working in partnership with other markets to design and execute customised training and workshop sessions. Leading the growth of the London world studio education team by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance the quality of educational content delivered and enhance overall customer satisfaction. As a member of the studio education team my role is teaching a wide range of students on a variety of courses from colour mastery, creative application & techniques to traditional cutting methods, working with both new and experienced hairdressers. Part of my role consists of coordinating guest artist visits, and managing model recruitment. Another element is playing a role in shaping the studio curriculum and offering educational support to various business departments.
