      Team member of health education for children ,by interactive training techniques, Red Crescent team: The ICRC represented by Red crescent made a project funded by UNFPA to build a team of trainers that have good knowleadge of health issues and interactive training skills and have experince to work with children after they found the results of health problems that occured inside IDPs centers, the lack of awearness about general and personal health and the absence of any health preprations inside the centers.The team was responsible for giving children the main general good health practices to avoid sickness and infections for common diseases depending on making interactive activities, games, role actings and other active learning techniques.The project was in many schools in Damascus and suburbs and I was part of implementation in four different schools (IDPs centers) : Aiesh Alseedekah in AlZaheraa, Ma'moun Mansour in Al-Mazzah, Lobanah in Al-A'afeef and Almazzeh Almohdatheh in Al-Mazzah.       Psychosocial Support methodology trainer: (May - November 2013) Haifaa IDPs center- In May 2012, had TOT on "I Deal" psychsocial support training program (In accordance with War child Holland)- From June - Sebtember 2012, trained 30 children on I Deal, the 50 hours training include sessions about identity and assessment, dealing with emotions, peer relations, adults relations, conflict and peace and the futureThe whole program is designed by War Child Holland organization aim to help the under war children to define their future, be creative and give them the skills to shape their lives even when they have experienced armed conflict and support the ideas of acceptance and dialogue with others and cope with diversity- On the other hand during and outside the training I was dealing with all kinds of children (from 10-15 years old) as case studies and give them counsels and advises to help them to identify theirs problems and find ways to solve them without violence- When we see the problems that children have, we started to coordinate between children, parents and managers of the IDPs center to provide safe environment for children ( physically, socially and psychologically), But unfortunately we didn't have the power or authority to make the managers accept our advises Show less
