  Trade Settlement – Prime Brokerage Ensure timely settlements of trades for the European markets. Liaising with Agent banks, Middle Offices, Custodians and Clients to settle the trades before Marketcut-off. Supervise if all outstanding trades have settled in respective market before market deadline. Review, Research and Reporting of daily cash positions and cash management and also report failingtrades EOD. Position management of failing trades. Check trades for accuracy, amend trade, and report the discrepancies to the Middle Office. To review and analyze depository positions and make necessary transfer of shares to settle trade. Resolution of issues and mismatches as advised by Counterparties/Internal teams and escalateunresolved discrepancies to management. Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure. Prepare and report MIS for managementListed Derivatives Brokerage and Exchange Fee Rec  Reconciliation of monthly invoices received from broker and process the same for payment. Settling the invoices and clearing the aged backlogs of Listed Derivative invoices. Performing reconciliation between the fees charged by Exchange v/s fees charged in the Internalsystem. Daily Reports to be sent to the region on the analysis conductedMortgage Backed Securities – SPO Liaising with Middle Office, clients/ counterparts on a daily basis and communicating the charges totheir DTC accounts. Handled the migration of MBS process smoothly to a different team.
