  Fast track Summer intern

  • The fast track summer internship program is a one month program where 15 undergraduates get the opportunity to gain exposure into three leading corporates in Sri Lanka which included John Keells Holdings, Unilever and London Exchange Group.•Was part of the 2023 fast track batch where I was selected alongside 14 other undergraduates from 200+ applicants to be a part of this program .•Had the opportunity to witness the operations of these 3 companies .•Engaged in outbound team building activities that taught the importance of leadership and critical thinking .•Got the chance to be apart of sessions that emphasized the importance of LinkedIn optimization,CV writing and personal branding .•Had the prestigious opportunity to interact with senior leadership.•Presented the final project assigned by Unilever on the topic "The Reluctance of Female Youth to Join the Sales Force" alongside four other team members. We addressed an actual business problem and presented our findings to the heads of all three companies involved. Show less
