      I am currently leading large project initiatives for GE Aerospace in relation to external customers who repair and overhaul CFM engines New Assembly Program Leader for CFMs LEAP Engines in Lafayette Indiana. I am currently responsible for reaching production targets by securing hard and soft capacity and leading multiple teams weekly to ensure output goals I’m currently responsible for all MRO customer relations at GE Aviation. This also includes scheduling, status updates, and final billing. I also handle site compliance and export control for the Lafayette site. Previously I was part of the site startup team where my goal was to establish a teaming culture modeled after GE’s Durham Engine facility where I was previously based. After the initial startup I became the Lead Materials Specialist for Leap 1A and 1B. Developed the Materials and helped start the LEAP 1A and 1B production lines at GE's new flagship Assembly site in Lafayette Indiana. I was responsible for all incoming engine material and production. Experience with CFM56, CF34-10, GENX, and LEAP 1A/1B Aircraft engines. Was responsible for team materials and production along with engine assembly.
