  I participated in work experience for the charity Shelter during a school week. My duties included ironing, tagging and pricing clothes and researching books. I had an opportunity to shadow a staff member who trained me on the cash tills. From this placement I was able to further develop skills in team working, communication and how to conduct yourself professionally in a working environment.

  Work Experience

  I participated in work experience for the company Softwire during my half-term holidays for a week. My duties encase coding and learning code languages such as CSS, Javascript and HTML. I had an opportunity to shadow a staff member who trained me on the coding software and helped me understand certain aspects of coding. From this placement I was able to further develop skills in team working, independence and how to work productively in a working environment.

  Insurance Underwriter

  I participated in work experience for the company AIG and the charity Greenlight for Girls during my half-term holidays for a week. We were given Assignments throughout the whole 5-day AIG and g4g virtual work experience. Furthermore, these assignments led to the last day of the work experience to present a prototype and solution to a question they set. From the placement I developed skills in collaboration, creativity and confidence.

  I am called upon by Good Gamer Group to test unreleased games, articulately answer questions, and give meaningful and constructive feedback based on my preferences as a gamer.
