      HRIS Manager

I played a pivotal role in the creation of a comprehensive HRIS strategy for worldwide industrial activities and introduced an effective online tool to support and strengthen the existing talent management process. The work I carried out also involved the implementation of SAP HR to cover industrial affairs and oversaw the transition of the annual salary review to e-compensation.

      Jun 2009 - Dec 2015

Working at a senior level in this role, I was directly responsible for the provision of advice and support to a number of businesses, delivering guidance on people management and meeting organisational requirements. I played a key role in the production of an organisation wide culture which reflected the core values of the business and developed an industrial HR agenda to ensure that it aligned closely with the current business strategy. I was also accountable for the development of a performance focused ethos and worked collaboratively with Regional HR Heads and Regional Centres of Expertise to devise and implement talent management initiatives. My work involved HR transformation and I facilitated the transition from an administrative and transactional based operation toward a more strategically focused department. This enabled the HR division to be more receptive to change and respond effectively to the fluidity of the HR landscape, particularly in relation to talent wars, retention and increased competition. Show less Within this role I worked closely with the Executive Management team to manage compensation, benefitsand international mobility. During my tenure with this organisation, I led a large project in China to successfully implement a flexible benefits plan. Alongside this work, I also provided expert recommendations to enable the design of effective programmes to attract, retain and develop high calibre professionals. This also involved the creation of pay performance strategies, performance and recognition processes and developed a common grading system. I was also actively involved in establishing a cross functional, shared service centre to facilitate the management of international mobility and expatriate assignments into Asia. Show less
