      • An internship on a 200 room hotel development in Berkeley Heights, NJ. I worked closely with project managers, including experience on how to overcome major in-field construction delays. In fact, I was able to contribute in a small, but significant way, when it was discovered that all the party wall outlets were missing fire protection, and I researched and discovered an economic solution that was implemented.

      • During my internship with Dawn Development I have assisted in managing the completion of seven multi-unit residential construction projects ranging from 2-16 units. In this position, I had the opportunity to work with and learn from virtually all aspects of a development project. ○ I created a database of ongoing development projects in Denver, including development companies, architects, investors, etc. to enable the owners of Dawn Development to easily identify potential partners and resources for future projects. ○ I used Stacked software to calculate precise quantities needed for various construction material purchases for the projects. ○ I also successfully managed many inspection walkthroughs with the Building Department of Denver City inspectors.       As a Development Manager at RISE: A Real Estate Company, I work hard to ensure the success of the market rate multifamily development team. In my current role I am actively involved in numerous aspects such as: market analysis, site due diligence, project design, and financial underwriting. I work closely with attorneys, equity partners, real estate agents, engineers, architects, and political officials. I keep track of the various elements of each project to ensure that all milestones are met on a timely basis. I am currently engaged in numerous projects in various stages of development, while also building a pipeline for future developments.
