      As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in the hotel I play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of food and beverage operations, enhancing the guest experience, and contributing to the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel. My responsibilities are:-Menu Planning and Development: Collaborating with the culinary teams to design menus that align with the hotel's brand, target clientele, and dietary trends. This may include planning for room service, restaurant dining, and special events.-Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs, as well as making sure the product is up to its par level.-Staffing and Training: Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising food and beverage service staff, including servers, bartenders, server assistant's, and greeters. Ensuring that all staff members are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and hotel policies.-Guest Satisfaction and Service Quality: Monitoring guest feedback, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience. This involves maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation in all food and beverage outlets.-Financial Management and Budgeting: Developing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize revenue and profitability. This includes monitoring food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and other operational expenses. -Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards. This includes conducting regular inspections of kitchen facilities, implementing hygiene protocols, and training staff on proper food handling procedures.-Marketing: Collaborating with the hotel's marketing team to develop promotional strategies and special offers to attract guests to the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Show less As a Corporate Management Trainee, I underwent a comprehensive training program designed to develop my skills and knowledge in various aspects of hotel management.
